It’s easier than you might think to adorn your knitting with beautiful sparkly beads, which is perfect if you’re as much of a magpie as I am! I wrote these instructions using just about the simplest tool you can think of—a thin wire folded in half. But you can definitely use a crochet hook instead, if you can find one that is thin enough to fit through the bead while still being a good size to fit around the yarn, or a Fleegle Beader if you have one on hand. If you’re adding a lot of beads to a project, either of those would be much faster than using a wire. But if you’re looking for an easy way to add a few beads to a project without spending money on a new tool, this is a great way to do it!
